About Consuleris

Brian Browning CCP, Founder and Principal of Consuleris, has over 15 years of human resources and management consulting experience. Most recently, Brian has had a 10-year career in HR, with top compensation and performance management leadership roles for several Bay Area companies, including Charles Schwab and Dolby. Prior to his career in HR, he was a technology market research consultant for several years after graduating with an engineering degree from MIT.

Brian gained extensive business expertise both through diverse in-house roles and from numerous consulting engagements. Over his entire career, Brian has done work for or consulted to over two dozen well-known companies in both public and private sectors. Industry experience spans Internet technology, engineering, life sciences, consumer goods, retail and financial services. He has worked with all levels of organizations, from individual employees to senior executives and boards of directors. In addition to his broad exposure, he has gained the ability to balance strategic vision with a keen awareness of resourcing and tactical implementation - achieving the desired results through efficient, effective means.

Brian founded Consuleris to provide practical solutions to business issues for clients of all sizes, and clients who are in stages of growth, expansion or change. Consuleris has a growing network of top-notch consultants, analysts and agents with specialized expertise in areas such as staffing, employee relations, training, information systems and HR strategic business partnership, among others.
